MANUBRIO rules against 'waterproof' smartphone

The Advertising Values Authority (ASA) has ruled control and relieve Sony Mobile SA over their particular "waterproof cases" Xperia Z1 smartphone.

"The word 'waterproof' may not be used again in relation to specific phone in [a] manner that suggests anything apart from water-resistant capabilities, " the MANUBRIO said.
