Drytunes Water-proof Speakers was selected as the winner with this Cox Business and Inc. Magazine's "Get Started New Orleans" establishment pitch competition, an event which happened on the night of March, 25th 2015 at the Chicory Building in town center New Orleans. The contest was created to showcase local innovative talent from the New Orleans area in a "Shark Tank" like atmosphere, which contained 5 companies competing for a overall prize package of $10, 500.

The judges included Kris Frieswick, Senior Editor of Incorporation. com, Lauren Thom, Founder in addition to the CEO of Fleurty Girl, Gary Rowley, Senior VP of Cox Business, and Chris Schultz, be destroyed of Voodoo Ventures.
